Fingents Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using fingents.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the platform. Fingents may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Platform Overview

Fingents operates an AI agent marketplace enabling users to discover, purchase, or list AI solutions ("Agents"). Fingents acts as an intermediary and is not liable for outcomes produced by third-party agents or integrations.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all actions under your account. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

4. Payments and Wallet

All payments are processed via secure gateways; Fingents does not store full payment data.

Funds added to the internal wallet can be used for purchases; unused balances are non-interest-bearing.

Refunds are handled per our refund policy; Fingents reserves the right to suspend or reverse transactions for compliance or fraud prevention.

5. Developer Submissions

Developers retain ownership of their agents but grant Fingents a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, market, and distribute their listings within the platform.

Developers must ensure:

• No IP infringement or illegal data use.
• Agents meet compliance and data-protection standards.
• Proper disclosure of AI use and limitations.

6. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Upload or distribute malware, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform.
• Circumvent payment systems or manipulate ratings.

7. Intellectual Property

All Fingents trademarks, designs, software, and content are owned by Fingents LTD. Except as expressly permitted, users may not copy, modify, or reuse materials from the platform.

8. API and Integrations

Use of APIs and third-party integrations is subject to separate documentation and rate limits. Fingents is not responsible for third-party services or their privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Fingents does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or performance of third-party AI agents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Fingents is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fingents, its officers, and affiliates from any claims arising from your content, use of the platform, or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

Fingents may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, user rights cease immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nicosia, Cyprus, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
